Start up and commissioning of hydraulic system of car dumper

1. Fill the oil tank to the upper limit of the oil standard, which is about 2 / 3 of the volume of the oil tank (the hydraulic oil can be injected into the oil tank only after being filtered by a ≤ 20um filter screen).

2. Open the pipeline ball valves at the oil inlet and return port, and adjust all overflow valves to the state of large opening.

3. Check that the motor insulation should be greater than 1m Ω, turn on the power supply, jog the motor and observe the rotation direction of the motor (clockwise rotation from the shaft end of the motor)

4. Start the motor and run it with capacity for 5 ~ 10min (Note: at this time, it is to exhaust the air in the system). Detect the motor current, and the idle current is about 15. Judge whether there is abnormal noise and vibration of the oil pump and whether there is oil leakage at the pipeline connection of each valve. Otherwise, stop the machine for treatment.

5. Adjust the pressure of pressing circuit, parking circuit and control circuit to the reference pressure value. When adjusting the pressure of the control circuit, the solenoid directional valve shall be in the working state, otherwise it cannot be set.

6. After the system pressure is adjusted normally, set the pressure of the sequence valve of the balance cylinder circuit, and its pressure setting is about 2MPa higher than the pressure of the pressing circuit.

7. During all pressure adjustment, the pressure shall rise evenly to the set value.

8. After adjusting the pressure, power on for debugging.

9. All oil cylinders shall be free of jamming, impact and crawling during movement before they can be considered as normal.

10. After the above work is completed, check whether there is oil leakage and oil leakage at the connection of each pipeline, otherwise the seal shall be replaced.

Warning:

①. Non hydraulic technicians should not change the pressure values at will.
②. The balance cylinder is used to release the potential energy of vehicle spring
